Weekend Music and Art- Joy

Wet, clings and kisses
Simple day of pleasure found
Dance, my sisters, dance.

This song, Life Flies Fast, is by Volya.  It fits.  You can right click and open the music in a new window. 🙂

About Rinda Elliott

Writer.I love unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music, gaming and spending time with my husband and two children. I’m represented by Miriam Kriss of the Irene Goodman Agency.

I love that picture. It reminds me of my friends and what I want to be doing right now. I love haiku but suck at writing it. Carol

This is from Betty at http://www.dishinthedirt.blogspot.com. She couldn’t get this to post.

    “I love the rain.
After a particularly long hot drought a few years ago, the kids and I went out in the front yard and danced, just like those children, in the first rain of the season. Rain always makes me feel like dancing, or curling up with a cup of hot spiced tea. Oddly, it’s the only time I ever really crave tea.”
