I’m participating in this meme from Book Binge to possibly win an ebook reader. How fun would that be??
I even just hit the 50% off ALL ebooks today at eHarlequin.com. Today only, you guys–50% off all of them.
1. What is your favorite Christmas romance to re-read each year?
I don’t have one. Sorry. I don’t normally read holiday books. Wait, I’m reading Holidays are Hell right now and the Kim Harrison novella is fantastic. As always!
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie/show?
A Christmas Story. Love it. Love a lot of Christmas movies–even Elf.
3. What is your favorite Christmas cookie?
Sugar cookies in Christmas cutouts with icing. Yeah, so I’m still a kid at heart. I mean, it’s ICING!
4. When do you start Christmas shopping?
Some years I do it early. I’ve been too busy this year… so I’ve only bought a few things so far.
5. Do you re-gift?
No! Except for one thing. Our family passes this wooden chicken around every year and we all sign the year we’ve had to display it on the ugly wooden stump it stands on. Its leg even broke one year and it is still making the rounds. Someone wrapped electrical tape around it. Then, someone else taped one of those scary, immortal fruit breads to it. Poor pathetic creature gets pawned–I mean gifted–off to the next family member who has to display it “in sight” for the entire next year.
6. What is your favorite Christmas song?
Baby, it’s Cold Outside. Love the Elf version.
7. When do you get your Christmas tree?
First week in December for the real one–the monster fake for the entry is yanked down after Thanksgiving.
8. Wrapping presents: Love it or hate it?
HATE IT. I’m wrap challenged. I always look like I wrapped them while three sheets to the wind. Wait…
9. Who is the hardest person to buy for?
The hubby. He always says he has everything he needs and wants already.
10. Christmas tree: Real or artificial?
Both. Real for the keepsake/family room ornaments and a fake one that shows through an upstairs window. Looks cool, though two trees was soooo not my idea. The hubby is a sucker for the holidays. That Elf Soundtrack CD? In his vehicle right now. Seriously.
