Nyquil + Hot Fuzz = Bizarro Dream Hell

Nyquil is my friend.

So good.

Mixing Nyquil with Hot Fuzz as you fall asleep?

Not so good.

Experienced something like this.

Only, it wasn’t a swan.

It was a Nyquil-colored Adipose.

Sgt. Butterman kept yelling, “Aim at its head!”

Looking forward to picking out a movie to go with my cold booze tonight.  Leaning toward Escape from New York or Dark City…

About Rinda Elliott

Writer.I love unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music, gaming and spending time with my husband and two children. I’m represented by Miriam Kriss of the Irene Goodman Agency.

“t was a Nyquil-colored Adipose.” – Sounds cute, but unsettling.

  2. Just got back from the 7-11 with a bottle of cherry flavored Nyquil for my husband.

That, and a cup of hot chocolate. Because I have needs, too. 😉

  3. relliott4 says:

Laura, very unsettling if you watch Doctor Who and know what the Adipose is made of. Eek.

Heather, hot chocolate sounds wonderful. Wonder if I have any?
