Friday Drive By Update

I’m this close (picture my fingers about two inches apart) to closing on the first draft of my YA and all its Norse mythology goodness.   I’m VERY excited to get started on the rewrites, especially now that my agent has taken a peek and given some advice.   So, I’m working hard right now.

Don’t forget, today is the last day of our two weeks of giveaways at The Deadline Dames launch.  You have until midnight tonight to comment on all the posts this week.  Lilith Saintcrow  is up again today with what I’m sure will be great writing advice!

Here’s a sneak peek at what I’m giving away.  A coffee mug that says, “My deadline doesn’t stand a chance!” along with a matching ceramic coaster for your desk. There are five different color designs–one is a fun leopard print.  And for those who don’t particularly like this design, I also added the option of these instead. So go comment!

About Rinda Elliott

Writer.I love unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music, gaming and spending time with my husband and two children. I’m represented by Miriam Kriss of the Irene Goodman Agency.
