Un-NaNo- Kicking Butt

Kicked butt yesterday with 3500 words. I still have handwritten scenes and notes to add, but am considering making that a part of the rewrites. I’m actually excited about the rewrites for this book because I have a lot of worldbuilding flavor to add.

So, my total word count should be a bit higher for this late in the month, but as I said, I’m pleased with the way the book is going, so adding a week to my finished rough deadline is no biggie at this point.

Check out my cp, Rachel Vincent! She’s racing to the end with me this month. Have to say, from the brainstorming we’ve done over the phone, I’m seriously looking forward to critiquing her new adult series for Harlequin. Also enjoying the reviews coming in on My Soul To Steal which comes out in January! Click on the Team R&R button to see her progress. 🙂

About Rinda Elliott

Writer.I love unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music, gaming and spending time with my husband and two children. I’m represented by Miriam Kriss of the Irene Goodman Agency.
