Technical Issues

Still alive and still hoping to get the book done before my self-imposed deadline. However, I seem to be shorting out all technology around me. It’s either me or my collection of Jim Butcher Dresden books.

Double ovens went out. Nice “just out of warranty” front loader went out… I nearly have the oven repaired and I’ve repaired the washer. Well my husband and I repaired them.

And now, I’m having to type this up in safe mode that will freeze up any second. So, hang with me. Still alive but now working to get the #@#$ computer to work so I can work on my book. After this, I will be looking into a backup laptop for deadline times. 😉

About Rinda Elliott

Writer.I love unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music, gaming and spending time with my husband and two children. I’m represented by Miriam Kriss of the Irene Goodman Agency.

  1. computer woes and stove woes at the same time. Just not fair. Hang in there. At least lap tops are going down in price.
